Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Where are you?

Do you repair domestic coffee machines?
No — you'll need to contact your machine's manufacturer or their authorised service centre.
Do you sell green coffee beans?
No, we don't sell green beans.
I can't get my 4-digit subscription code.
The SMS code only works for US numbers. You'll receive your code via email instead.
Do you supply equipment free to cafés?
It depends on your coffee volume. Get in touch and our customer service team can talk you through the options.
Do you sell domestic coffee machines?
Not specifically — but we do sell commercial espresso machines, and the smaller models work beautifully in a home setting.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account and click Manage My Subscription — you can pause, swap blends, change frequency, or cancel anytime.
